This report presents a summary of the Consultant’s, findings and recommendations following a technical fact finding and project preparation mission in Mozambique to prepare OPRC pilot projects. The focus for the mission was road selection and collection of technical data for preparation of OPRC bidding documents. In addition, the Consultant met widely with stakeholders to discuss performance-based maintenance, of which there is some experience in Mozambique, and identify the most appropriate strategy for project implementation in the local context.This report presents a summary of the Consultant’s, findings and recommendations following a technical fact finding and project preparation mission in Mozambique to prepare OPRC pilot projects.
